Bronxville, NY -The Picture House Regional Film Center is thrilled to announce REEL WILD™️ New York Film
Festival’s fall screenings, a showcase of extraordinary wildlife films and interactive programming for audiences of all ages.
Presented in partnership with the Wildlife Conservation Society (WCS), this special event will take place Thursday, Oct. 23 and Saturday, Oct. 25 at The Picture House Bronxville. Over two days, audiences will enjoy six remarkable films that showcase award-winning wildlife stories from around the world – including Academy-Award Nominee, “The Last Ranger,” filmed in South Africa; “Lions of the Skeleton Coast” in the windswept deserts of Namibia; and
Disneynature’s “Sea Lions of the Galapagos.” With post-screening Q&As with filmmakers, conservationists, scientists,
and experts from the Bronx Zoo and New York Aquarium, the program is designed to inspire the whole family. All screenings and activities are free and open to the public, with a suggested donation of $10 via REELWILD.org. Early registration is highly recommended at ThePictureHouse.org.
